I want you to love everything that you buy here. If you're unhappy with your order, please contact me and I'll always do whatever I can to make it right.

Fabric

1. I recommend ordering a test swatch to check color and scale before placing an order for more yardage.  
2. Fabric ships to you directly from my manufacturer in the United States within 6 business days from the date you place your order.
3. Standard shipping is free worldwide; however, please note that customers located outside of the United States are responsible for paying any customs, duties, or taxes that may be added to your order by the shipping company.
4. Standard shipping to addresses in the United States is 1 - 2 weeks and to addresses outside of the United States is 2 - 5 weeks. If you'd like to pay extra to receive your order more quickly, contact me about options for expedited shipping.
5. I handle returns and exchanges on a case by case basis. If you are unhappy with your fabric for any reason, please contact me with your name and a description of the problem and I'll work with you to resolve it.

Greeting Cards

1. Greeting cards ship in a sturdy cardboard mailer from Canada using Canada Post.
2. Greeting cards are sent within 48 hours of placing your order.
