Shipping policy

Shipping varies by product; here are the details:

Fabric and Wallpaper:

  1. I recommend ordering a swatch first to check color and scale before placing a larger order.
  2. Fabric and wallpaper ship to you directly from my U.S.-based manufacturer within 6 business days from the date you place your order.
  3. Customers located outside of the United States are responsible for paying any customs, duties, or taxes that may be added to your order by the shipping company.
  4. Standard shipping to addresses in the United States is 1 - 2 weeks and to addresses outside of the United States is 2 - 5 weeks. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.

Original Art, Gift Enclosures, and Greeting Cards:

  1. These products ship in sturdy cardboard boxes or mailers from Canada using Canada Post.
  2. Orders ship within 3 business of placing your order.
  3. Customers located outside of Canada are responsible for paying any customs, duties, or taxes that may be added to your order by the shipping company.

Games:

  1. These products are special order and ship within 4 - 6 weeks of placing your order using Canada Post. If you'd like them faster and you're willing to pay for expedited shipping, let me know and I'll tell you how quickly I can get them to you.
  2. Customers located outside of Canada are responsible for paying any customs, duties, or taxes that may be added to your order by the shipping company.
